WAHYU: Journal of Wisdom, Akhlak, Holistic Youth, and Universal Islamic Education.
WAHYU is a high-quality, international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to exploring the profound dimensions of Islamic education as a catalyst for human transformation. The name "Wahyu" (Divine Revelation/Inspiration) signifies the journal’s mission to integrate transcendental values with contemporary educational practices to address complex global challenges. WAHYU transcends conventional pedagogical approaches by focusing on the development of Holistic Youth—a generation defined not only by cognitive excellence but also by the depth of their Wisdom (Hikmah) and the nobility of their Akhlak (Character). We operate on the premise that Islamic education is Universal; its values contribute significantly to global humanity, environmental sustainability, and international peace. The journal invites scholars, researchers, and educational practitioners to submit original manuscripts that focus on the following core pillars. Wisdom-Based Pedagogy, Akhlak & Character Excellence, Holistic Youth Development, Universal Islamic Education, Eco-Pedagogy (Ecotheology).
