Abstract

The dynamics of the digital era have triggered a character crisis and massive moral deorientation among the younger generation. This study aims to formulate an adaptive prophetic leadership model as a holistic strategy for youth character building. Utilizing the Narrative Literature Review (NLR) method with content analysis techniques, data were gathered from reputable journal literature (2021-2025) encompassing the pillars of siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah. The research findings indicate that the integration of prophetic values functions as an effective "moral algorithm" to mitigate the negative impacts of technology by strengthening spiritual integrity and critical digital literacy. These findings demonstrate that prophetic values possess a stronger ontological resilience compared to secular leadership models in facing the volatility of the disruption era. In conclusion, the revitalization of prophetic-based leadership curricula is highly urgent to produce future leaders who are technologically competent yet maintain high moral integrity.
